This policy explains how DeepSpaceTrail-EndlessVector, published by Easy Slip Technology Co., Ltd., handles data.
1. Data stored on your device
Save files, settings, tutorial progress, and gameplay configuration stay on your device. We do not receive this local data unless you voluntarily upload a Deep-Space Beacon record.
You can erase a local save from the Flight Archives screen. Uninstalling the app also removes app-local data according to iOS behavior.
2. Deep-Space Beacon data
Deep-Space Beacon is optional. Before the first upload, the app asks for your consent. An upload sends only:
- A random identifier generated for that save file. It is not an Apple identifier, advertising identifier, hardware identifier, or account ID.
- The callsign you enter.
- Your highest cleared jump node.
- Server-generated upload and update times.
We do not use advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, IDFA, or third-party login. We do not store your IP address in the leaderboard database.
3. Public leaderboard
The Top 100 leaderboard publicly displays callsign, rank, highest cleared node, and upload time. Your random save identifier is not publicly displayed.
Do not use your real name, email address, phone number, or other personal information as your callsign.
4. How the data is used and shared
Beacon data is used only to operate the leaderboard, rank records, prevent malformed submissions, and provide support.
The service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process network information transiently to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell leaderboard data or share it for advertising or tracking.
5. Retention and deletion
A Beacon record is retained until you delete it or the service is retired. In the app, open Deep-Space Beacon and choose Delete Server Record. Deletion removes the active leaderboard record immediately and resets Beacon upload consent on that device.
Erasing a save from Flight Archives automatically removes its uploaded Beacon record before local data is deleted. If the server cannot be reached, the local save is kept so you can retry without leaving an orphaned public record.
6. Your choices
You can play the full game without uploading to Deep-Space Beacon. Choosing Not Now on the consent screen prevents the upload. You may withdraw consent by deleting the server record and not uploading again.
The Privacy Policy link remains available from the in-game About screen and the Deep-Space Beacon screen.
7. Children
The game is not designed to collect personal information from children. Players should use a non-identifying callsign. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
8. Security and international processing
Beacon requests use HTTPS. We minimize stored data and use a random save identifier. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Cloud infrastructure may process data outside your country or region, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or service changes. Privacy or support questions can be sent to hello@bluering.cc.
