Before contacting support
- Install the latest TestFlight or App Store version, then fully close and reopen the game.
- Record the device model, iOS version, game version, selected language, and the exact steps that caused the issue.
- Attach a screenshot or short screen recording when the problem is visual.
Save data
Save files are stored locally on the device. Erasing a flight record from Flight Archives is permanent.
If the game offers a verified local backup after detecting damaged save data, use the in-game recovery result before erasing the slot.
Deep-Space Beacon
Deep-Space Beacon is optional and requires an internet connection. Each visit loads current server standings; stale rankings are not shown while loading.
To remove an uploaded record, open Deep-Space Beacon and choose Delete Server Record. Erasing a save from Flight Archives also removes its uploaded record before local data is deleted.
